Steve Mills

Steve is the founder of StretchXperience, LLC. Steve has over twenty-five years of experience in the health and wellness industry, including work in both physical therapy and personal training. Before opening StretchXperience in 2013, Steve owned and operated several personal training studios throughout Wisconsin and Illinois.

During that time, Steve saw a need for personalized programs specifically aimed at improving functional flexibility so people can move better, feel better and perform better. To deliver great flexibility training programs, Steve has also developed several pieces of proprietary equipment to improve the quality of our stretching process.

Steve is responsible for the day-to-day operations at StretchXperience and spends much of his time doing what he loves; delivering clients the best possible stretch and strengthen programs he can to help them maintain a healthy lifestyle.
